Does anyone here use Virgin Net? Is life without broadband crapola??!

We're moving and the new place is 'analogue' so I can't transfer my broadband.

Unless I transfer to Virgin Net, I will be charged the rest of my 12 month contract - even though I asked to transfer the broadband and it's not my fault they can't and

Is it going to be hell??

I rang virgin media (my ntl broadband) and when she looked up the new place it came up as not having digital cables She did go off to double check but came back saying no.

If I don't go with virgin net I have to pay the rest of the contract

I am with virgin net and dont find it too bad,but then again i dont know any different still a broadband virgin...
Who is the best broadband provider then.
It will be alot slower if you are used to broadband and you will probably end up tearing your hair out.
Where are you moving to that you cant get broadband the moon, i thought everywhere had it.

Thanks for that link - perfect! What's the difference between cable and ASDL broadband then? I just rang BT and they said that my exchange has ASDL but they won't know if I can get it in the place until my phoneline has been on for 48 hours.
