What do you put in your stocking ?

I have three teens and a toddler and I always struggle with this part for some reason.

Do you mean for you or for the DC?

I've been on my own for years so do myself a stocking as I didn't want the children to question why they suddenly stopped when DH left. I buy make up and stuff I fancy while shopping and wrap those.

Teens; I get mine stationary, socks, cheap chargers, ear phone thingies, make up/deodorant, chap stick, sweets. All wrapped separately.

Toddlers; rubber ducks, socks, little toys like happy land figures, crayons, small colouring book, gloves etc.

I have a teen and a preschooler. Santa delivers presents not just a stocking in our house. Silly "Santa"!

Teen only gets stocking etc as youngest would think it weird otherwise it would have stopped for him by now.

Teens are filled with stuff I would normally buy but a nicer brand. So more fashionable socks /boxers, more expensive t shirts, not the ones I usually buy etc etc etc have wrapped up his iPad as have had the screen fixed for him that he doesn't know about, (Yep and teen gets a 6am wake up on Xmas day!) have brought him an echo as well, oh and chocolate for bulking out and cards of humanity. Some of the stuff been put into larger boxes to make the piles look the same kinda size. Oh and teen has a fingerling as well - just cos I could foresee arguments between them on Xmas day!

Then he will get some money which is what he wanted from "me"

Preschooler has got the toys she wanted!

I meant for adults and dc. I just never really know what to put in them. Lots of great ideas though. Thank you .
I’ve left it litrallly to the last day and the shops are just so busy it’s irritating.
