Shiny and dull sides. Is there a right way and wrong way to use it? Or does it not matter? I am never 100% sure which way round to put it.

Asking the real questions.

Just make sure when you put it on your head, that it's moulded into an appropriately amusing shape.

Shiny out, dull in.

If you're covering meat with it while cooking put it shiny side in. The heat reflects off it and meat cooks quicker
