I know I've asked before but I'll ask again. Poeple with Citroen C1s/Peugeot 107s/Toyota Aygos - what pushcahir can you get in the boot?

Or is that a silly idea?

Can't seem to find the dimensions anywhere.

Have been peering into teh boots of any I spot but that's not really telling me much.

MrsWho · 21/04/2007 20:32

I looked at an Aygo but went fora Yaris as I couldn't get a wheelchair in the boot if that helps

My friend just bought a Mini and had to buy a Quinny Zapp. I had a Renault Modus as a courtesy car and my McLaren Volo wouldn't fit as the wheel arch padding intruded into the boot too much.

Tinker · 21/04/2007 20:53

Ooo, getting close now. It's a Volo I'm wondering about that will get in.

So is the Zapp the best for tiny boots then?

The Zapp folds down really small, BUT you can't fold it and carry it folded, you have to put it in its little bag (if you think you would ever need to carry it folded anyway). It's dead easy to push, can push it one-handed without it going all over the place, but if you are used to the McLaren quick-fold and sling-it-over-your-shoulder be prepared for a bit of a faff! I thought they looked a bit small for the child, but my friend's DD is a tall 4 year-old and she still can fit in it when we go for days out at theme parks etc.

I did see a thread on here yeaterday saying Boots was doing the orange one for £80? They are usually about £125.

Looked in the boot today of an Aygo. Think it's a non-pushchair car
