no I don't - but I do tend to throw away the letters that come through each year telling me about any increase. If it gets paid by a book the reference will be on it - if it gets paid into a bank account there should be a reference attached too.

Yeah its at the top of the letter they send you once a year or so! Youll have to dig in your drawers!
