Milk for kids

Our daughter turns 5 on 20th March 2018 and the school term ends on 23rd March! Had a message from School saying I have to pay for milk for term jan 2018 - end March 2018 is this right? Shouldn’t I have to pay for April onwards? Anyone know????

We need to pay from the start of the term the child becomes 5.
