Hi i am currently trying to set up Standing Order to CSA from Alliance Leicester internet banking. Whenever I come to type in CSA or Child Support Agency it says not recognised, even though the old one only expired a couple of weeks ago! Anyone know what you should actually put in as i am stuck!

I would have thought that it didnt matter how you spelt the name as long as you input the correct account number, best bet is to ring the CSA as you dont want your money going astray
