I had an accident in Zara today....not my fault! Although the accident was logged by store security, they didn't have any first aid....(I asked for an ice pack but was told they didn't have any) and the cause of the accident apparently had been reported not long before I went flying. I want to contact their head office to advise them of the circumstances but I cannot find an email address anywhere, and their online chat just tells me to call an 0800 number. Are they being deliberately elusive?
