After my DS is in bed I listen to Gentlewhispering ASMR on YouTube. Guaranteed brain tingles that send me to sleep.
So what relaxes you?

I keep meaning to try that. I read Reddit creepy threads! I manage about 6 posts and then I'm asleep.

Not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure!
