What size do I buy DD & DS from Pumpkin Patch?

DD is 5 and is wearing Next size 5yrs (110cm) in tops. She is 107cm tall. Do I get size 4 tops which is 108cm or size 5 for 114cm? Is it a no-brainer?

DS is 2.5 and still wearing 18-24m (92cm) stuff from Next as he still fits it. I haven't tried age 2 (98cm) but am imagining it's still a bit too big. So what size do I get him from PP?

Hoping someone out there can help... TIA

Sorry, can't help with your dc's age group, but do have a few PP items for a younger child and they seem quite small compared to e.g. Next.

i'd size 5 for dd and size 2 for ds if you want them to wear it now - next size up if its going in the wardrobe for a couple of months.

they seem to come up smaller in pp, but then i have a very tall dd1. dd2 still find the size 2 a bit big though allbeit shes been in 18-24 for some months now and only 18mths in age.

I disagree - Pumpkin Patch sizes seem generous. I have a lot of PP clothes for DSs and DD. They're average children (except DS2 who has little legs and at 6 fits PP 4s perfectly!). DS1 is 8 and the P 8s are huuuuge. I find Next are narrow fitting. Some tops can come up a little short but I've found if you match the age/size number theyre usually generous.

I find their stuff comes up pretty small - dd2, a small 2 year old, is wearing 3 year old tops from pp

I find Next comes up small - if that helps at all - I find Next small and Pumpkin Patch pretty spot on !

DD, a large-to-average 1 year old is still wearing some size 0 stuff!

I used to find that when DD was younger I needed the bigger size in Next as I always liked to wear the tops a bit longer. But now she's spot on her age and age 6 tops are huge on her. So I'll probably go with size 5 if they come up a bit small. I have a supply of age 6 from Next from the sale but I can't see DD filling those in the autumn.

A friend has just recommended PP to me and I can't believe a seasoned shopper like myself has managed to let PP pass me by! What a lovely shop eh? I have been looking at the sale stuff and have so far spent £80.

Does anyone know if you can return to the shop if you buy online? And if you have to pay return postage?

Thanks.

I'm not sure about returns but I can tell you the clothes are delivered from New Zealand!! I spent in the December sale and when I emailed to see where the delivery was I was told "It left NZ on the 30th Dec, should be with you in about 3 days"

Returns policy should be on the website somewhere.
