Do any of you know whether there is such a thing ?I'd like my five year old to have a go (trampolining recommended by physio) but am not sure where to go... we live in W.London. Any ideas ??

Not to be a spoilsport, but I thought trampolining was number one cause of injuries to children....?

I trampolined from about 6 at the local leisure centre, no injuries as well supervised. My Mum thought it would stop me jumping on the beds and sofa at home, how wrong she was.

I did trampolining and secondary school and the only injury I had is when I tried a front somersault and went over a bit fast and knocked my front teeth on my knee, they were a bit loose for a week but they are still there. I used to really enjoy it.

In North London, Sobell Leisure Centre has trampolining classes for the kids. Here's some info. There's a Waitrose right down the street, so it's good for a quick shop afterward, also.
