Flirting - how far is too far?

I have regular msn chats with a man I know but quite often the chat turns into flirting.
I certainly wouldn't take things any further but it is quite flattering when we talk like that!
It never happens when we see each other face to face.
Am I in the wrong doing this and so should put a stop to it?

I assume you're married? Put the shoe on the other foot. Would you like it if your dh/dp were having flirty msn chats with another woamn?

You can't feel yourself that this is right, otherwise you wouldn't have posted. You wouldn't need validation from a whole load of strangers if you really thought that this was OK.

Try flirting with your partner instead. Being flirted with on MSN might be flattering to you, but it's not very flattering to your partner that you prefer flirting online with someone else than in the flesh with him!

anything you wouldn't do with your other half standing right there watching you is 'too far'.

so would you msn in the same way with your other half happily reading over your shoulder? if the answer is yes, then fair enough.
