Junior magazine

Hi I clicked on the advert on top of mumsnet home page for a free issue of junior. I rang them up and requested my free issue and they offered me some more issues for £1 which I did. Gave them my card details, but I haven't had my first issue yet and this was weeks a go. I wanted to send them an email but went on their website and their isn't a contact us icon. Just wondered if anyone else had this prob

They had the same offer in January and it did take a few weeks for people to get thier copies.

I have just phoned them and they have no record that I have even requested it. The bloke said the original person my have wrote my bank details down and they are in pile somewhere- nice to know. They are looking into it and ringing me tomorrow

I've just rung them. Seemed it had gone astray. They had my address etc but nio payment details. She's sending the May issue now.
