Free Spam Filter download???

I get loads of SPAM every day - around a 100 most days and they are driving me mad. Is there a good, reliable SPAM filter around - preferably free download - that I can use to avoid it? My e-mail provider (Beeb.net) doesn't seem to have anything of any use

I have downloaded Mailwasher, which you open instead of the email programme, all the sapm come through to Mailwasher and you can then bounce it back to them.
