Help please on roasting a joint -

If it says roast for 1hr (30 mins + 30 for well done) - have they got it right? Doesn't sound like long to me for 1178g (whatever that is, but it looks pretty big to me)

for well done i do mine for 30 mins plus 30 mins for every 500g. So i would do it for 1hr 30 mins

i cook beef for two hours even if it's little. it depends on how you like it

I like mine carbonised. I'll do an extra 20 mins then. Thanks.
