not impressed with Boden at the moment i have been buying clothes for years from them and never paid for returns, including sale items.
Just sent some clothes back and no postage paid stickers enclosed. I rang them they said - they only pay for returns on certain promotions. I must have been so lucky !!

can't think of many mail order companies who charge for returns.

I got my sale stuff a good few weeks ago, I should think they've sold out of most things by now.

if you google boden t here is normally always 10 per cent tof and free returns
