Pre Menstrual Overeating

I have always been prone to eat loads in the few days before my period craving sweets etc etc.But I have noticed in the last 2-3 months that I can literally eat non stop on these days and never feel full up.Today I have been eating masses and just want more.Is this normal?Any advice on things to eat which will fill me upUnfortunately these cravings don't include fruit and veg mainly chocolate biscuits!BTW the rest of the time I have a very healthy diet

I'm just the same, i have been known to order fried rice, chips and sweet&sour sauce from the chipshop just to ease the carb craving. I always feel sick during the few days I'm like this but have found it impossible to break the cycle.

I also find that I cannot stand even thinking about cooking dinner etc on these days because I want something instant. Being at work is a killer because i just eat crap all day and persuade myself that 4 bars of chocolate and a packet of risps equates to lunch

just rediscovered the joys of this 2nd AF after DS! i think the usual advice is eat little + often, and get loads of crispreads + healhty toppings in! also have a good breakfast - i find porridge is great at not making me want 2 eat junk

This is so true I can't even wait for toast I would rather stuff myself with instant things.Every month when its over I promise never again but here I am
