I have always been prone to eat loads in the few days before my period craving sweets etc etc.But I have noticed in the last 2-3 months that I can literally eat non stop on these days and never feel full up.Today I have been eating masses and just want more.Is this normal?Any advice on things to eat which will fill me upUnfortunately these cravings don't include fruit and veg mainly chocolate biscuits!BTW the rest of the time I have a very healthy diet
