Just that really... counted down 14 weeks to our annual holiday over xmas and realised we have nothing else exciting in our life. Dh works 7 days a week. Dc are 19 mnths and 3 years old... I avoid going out with them on my own as I realised I don't really enjoy anything as too busy looking after them. I don't have family who can babysit. We don't have friends who will pop around on a weekend just to have a chat over a cup of tea. I work full time, so Dh+ Dc, parents+ teacher at nursery every morning and handful of people at work, I will not be mingling with anyone else over next 14 weeks. because we don't have friends, neither do our kids. So both dc will be going trick or treating by themselves. Do tell me if your life is as dull as mine.
Kids have been going nursery over summer period... so this isn't any sort of blues hitting me with realisation that holidays are coming to an end.
