Hello,
So I have this very rude and arrogant neighbour who has random children over every damn day (probably provides some tuition service in her back garden, is that legal?). Those kids create the unbearable nuisance, scream, sing super loudly and this has been going on for many months and happens every afternoon for an hour or so (and her daughter's kids do that every morning). We have talked to them politely but that lady has not done a thing. Instead, the noises get louder every time we tell them to stop. Is that reasonable complaint to make to police or am I being unreasonable? I really need advice/help it's driving me crazy as I have an exam I am currently preparing for and I have even told them this.
