Help -does anyone know about gas keycard meters

This happened to me and I rang and they said the earliest they would come out was in the morning. They came out at about 8am and had to change the whole meter.

um, i have a prepaid card for my gas haven't had that personally. ring them up though. i would.

You do need to ring them. I ignored it and tried putting more credit on my card and tried putting it on the machine and it wouldn't work. Thankfully they managed to put the credit on my new machine.

I would ring them they came out for me when this happened I did have an under 5 at the time though
