sympathy card protocol ...help

dh's second cousen has just died. she lives in Canada.
now do we send a card to her husband and children
and one to her mum and dad (mum is dh's cousen)
or send one to the mum and adress it to them all
or one to the husband and adress it to all

I would send two if they live at different addresses.

I would send two as well-they might not be in a place where they remember to pass thoughts on to each other anyhow

i sort of feel that we should send 2. as they have both lost different things iynwim> also don't know the husband but have met the mum and dad.
