Tech help needed ASAP

I am chatting to essbee on MSN.

Sice this morning whenever she runs Norton or spybt herr computer has been resstating before it has finished.

She now cannot get onto the net at all.

Any techs out there know what she can do?

Hope you can get this fixed really soon. With the help of mumsnet experts out there, hopefully you'll get a solution. Is there an online centre near you? or a library? some pc you can use in the meantime?

essbee is trying to fix the problem now, so fingers crossed. Something to do with a dodgy file.

If she does manage to get back online, Pandasoftware's online scanner is good. Picked up stuff that targetted (and therefore hid from)Norton on my PC.
