May i ask for some suggestions please.

I'd like to send a little gift to an online friend - for the daughter. The daughter is about 8 months old.

I'm useless at knowing about these things - my DS is 11 and my mind knows only 11 yr old boy things.

The gift will just be a token gesture - the little girl will want for nothing
The family have been ever so good regarding my son (we have never met, but they send him things when I have been going through hard times)

I'm trying to think of a little something that is girly and cute and sweet.... I dunno, something that lets them know I've put thought into it.

any ideas?
(I'm useless)

Someone gave me one of these when I had dd and I absolutely love it.
It was a very simple token but it hangs on dd's wardrobe door knob and I know it is something she will keep for ever.
