sunnyjim - I was taught a drop on the inside of each wrist and then touch your wrists against the side of your neck. 'Tis enough.

depends on the droplet size. I go for a drop on one wrist, touch it to other wrist, for daytime. If evening or a softer scent, then drop on nape of neck too, drop on EACH wrist and touch each wrist to back of knee. (so onyl 3 drops in total)
