Red spots on bum?

Ds has red spots on his bum, not sure what it is. Can anyone help?
Ds also has an Eczema type rash around his mouth and cheeks, whats the best cream to use on it untill I can get something persicribed tomorrow?

Are the spots raised and bumpy? Is he in any distress with them?

They're like white heads. Raised theres about 6 of them. He isnt in any distress no....any ideas?

no, sorry. Thought it might be thrush, but now you've said that, it doesn't sound likely.

Trip to hv tomorrow perhaps?

Yes think I'll take him to see the gp or something. He's got bumps on his tounge too, which I thinks thrush and the rash on his face seems very inflamed. Thanks for the help .
