Can anyone recommend a nice, easy exercise dvd my 3 & 1/2 yr old & me could do together as he's getting frustrated at not being able to do mummy's usual exercise vid it's just too much and requires too much co-ordination from him.
I'd love one we could do together that would help his co-ordination but also be fun for him.
