rub a metal coat hanger on your legs

dogtired · 23/03/2007 23:36

Couldn't find a metal coat hanger so used a sieve and snagged me tights lol! Didn't work though. In desperation tried spraying a bit of Febreeze on my legs (cold!) which actually seemed to work. Smelt a bit funny though.

Wear wellies.

Mum2FunkyDude · 24/03/2007 18:13

next time rub lotion (hand lotion) on your thighs.

IIRC, that FrizzEase stuff for hair is meant to work. No use if you've not got any, obviously.

a petticoat? blimey does anyone still wear them though?

PinkChick · 24/03/2007 19:33

rub either hand lotion or conditioner or softner into hands and rub on skin where ever statiky

dogtired · 24/03/2007 21:23

I went to m&s yesterday to look for a petticoat but I couldn't find one!

Will defo do the lotion and potion things you mention next time. Think dp actually has frizz ease or somesuch somewhere too!

And I'll try the wellies as an experiment before I go out (that'll be the rubber sole thing then?)

Thanks ladies!
