Ikea- Friday evening or Saturday lunchtime?

I don't want to go at all but I need to go.

Which will be the best option do you think? 'Best' as in least crowded.

Tonight at about 7.30?
Or tomorrow at about 1pm?

I love going to Ikea in the evening. So much more civilised, until you have to squash everything into the car

Weekends and bank holidays are when it's best avoided (and the few weeks post A-level results when the university freshers are getting ready to leave home).

I've suddenly got the urge to go tonight now, not that I need anything...just fancy a mooch.
You can bet I'll come out with a plant, a picture frame, tea lights, a storage container and a hotdog.

I'm on the way to IKEA right now, so I'm hoping it won't be too dire!

We went last night, we're about 15 minutes from the Wednesbury one. I got a cactus, a sieve, a dustpan and brush and a fold-up black and white shopping bag

Oh, and we had our free coffees too.
