I'm not sure what to post this under, sorry if it's in the wrong subject. I've signed up to Property Pool in my area (Liverpool) as me and partner need to find a place before our baby arrives. They've said they can't do anything until I get my MATB1 form, which I will get at around 20 weeks pregnant (currently 12). I'm living with my mum at the minute but it's not really an option to stay there with the baby.
Anyone got any experience of Property Pool whilst pregnant? Do you know if I'm likely to be put in a low band? Me and my partner are both employed full time but not on a great salary. Most houses we've looked at renting want a big fee upfront and have been told this might be a better option.
Any advice is greatly appreciated x
