How come everyone knows sooo much about washing machines yet nothing about pedometers!!!

I know nothing about both

coz if we don't know how to use a washing machine we have to handwash and buy a mangle, but if we don't know how to use a pedometer, we just guestimate how many cals we have burnt off!

because useing the washing machiine dont take as much energy as the meter
