Any suggestions on getting rid of this problem? My upper arms look vile (think dimply corned-beef!!!!) I work out like mad and eat healthily - any great ideas?

mine too, I think it might be water retention. No idea how to shift it, I have one upper arm worse than the other too. Maybe brushing in the shower, that's meant to help cellulite on the thighs isn't it?

Part of it might be genetic (I have a stomach pooch that, even if I were unhealthily thin, would still be there, for genetic reasons)

You might be able to counter the fat on your arms by putting muscle onto them - when you work out, are you lifting weights too? I've had success with my own upper arms through doing pushups, chinups, etc. ...

I do lots of weight training but it doesn't seem to get rid of that flabby, dimply look - I'll start saving up for lipo, I think !

LOL; have come to terms with the pooch, but lipo's the only thing that would ever rid me of it!

ZZmum - are you talking about the arms, or the stomach?
