Becoming a Doula

I know that there are a few Doulas on Mumsnet and I would be really grateful to hear of how you got in to it, which organisation you trained with, books you might recommend. There is so much info on the web and so many different organisations offering courses I am rather overwhelmed. I am london based. Thank you in advance ...

Honestly I don't mind. If you'd prefer to stick to email then that's fine. But if you call I'll bring Lemon Drizzle Cake when I pop down to meet you. Then I can call in on a couple of old clients.

I think a 'we love mars' fan club should be started!!! LOL

As I said on email just now, only just surfaced as DD's birthday today, was busy after school. I remembered I emailed you at 4.30 (I sneaked upstairs whilst DD was trying out her new DS game). I should have stuck around, I didnt realise you were online and now I see you are busy until next week.
