can anyone help Mazonakafatty. she can't get on her pc much and is desperate.

I have one for a Packard Bell. Not sure what model it is, but it's blue and silver and from around 2002. It is a red floppy disc with recovery disc written on it. Unfortunately my dd pulled the silver bit off it yesterday. I've put it back on so hopefully it should work. I don't know how to copy it though, but I'll ask my dp when he gets home.
