Anyone know when O2 off peak hours are?

I am being charged for calls that I think are off peak (between 7pm and 7am and weekends). I am on a tariff where I should have 400minutes of off peak calls.

I found it in the Glossary :

O2's off peak hours, when calls are cheaper for you to make, are 7pm to 7am Monday to Friday and all day on the weekends. Peak hours at 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday.

Thanks - its what I thought. I am beig charged for off peak calls when I shouldn't be . Time to ring the cpw I think....
