God, I don't know how you do it. Can you set yourself to a project? Maybe plan & decorate a room as a surprise for him when he comes home? Or maybe a garden project now the weather is getting better. Chin up hun - we're here to keep you company

My dh got back from Afghanistan in oct after 6 month out there so i really feel for you.

It sounds like you have lots to keep you busy and you will be suprised at how quickly it goes.

My advice would be to make the most of any phone calls/emails or letters you get (also write down things you want to tell him as i always came of the phone and then suddenly remembered something vital i needed to ask him!). Also don't watch too much news or you just end up feeling stressed allthe time.

How long is he going for?

nulnulcat · 11/03/2007 21:11

ambercat he is gone til november, i havent really watched the news for months as i knew i would get stressed out about it
