it takes to get someone to come out?
it is a BOSCH and I will ring in the morning, lucky it has another 10 months left on the gurantee.

Don't know about Bosch, but I had an Indesit tumbledryer delivered last week that didn't work properly. I rang on the Thursday, and the earliest they could get someone out was the following Wednesday (new new dryer was then delivered the Monday after that) I think it will just depend on how busy their engineers are.

When mine broke down last year they said it would take 9 days.
Well actually what they said, when i queried how long was

"I think you'll find it's not 9 days Mrs saltire, it's only 7 as we don't count weekends"
