I need to advertise some accommodation to some of our large local companies like Glaxo, MSD and Tesco. Who do I write to do you think? Would it be Human Resources?

I think I would send it to the facilities/office manager as they are usually in charge of notice boards hth

HR - they will need to approve before passing to facilities to put on noticeboards !

Yes I agree HR - try & find out a name to send it to if possible as at my old company, the post dept tended to 'filter' a lot of un-named post out

It wouldn't be for noticeboards it would be for people coming to work at the company needing accommodation. So the person booking accommodation is who I need.

Defo HR. I would suggest sending it to head offices

Most places wouldn't book accom for staff - they would pass on approved details - and that is very definitely HR as they will be new starters etc
