if you are married do you have to put husbands name on the birth certificate?
A friend of mine is separated but not got round to divorce and when her baby is born doesnt want his name on the birth certfiicate, is it essential to have his name on there, he doesnt even knowshe is pregnant and from what she said i don't think she is sure who father is anyway
