we have a patio heater in garage we got in part of deal in last house so cost us nothing really, we never used it and its laid down in this garage as its too tall, so put it in paper to sell..they cost £150 and i advertised for £30..ive now had 10 phone calls for it...why didnt i advertise it for more!!!!!

Just tell them it's sold and re advertise.

well i just tried ringing one woman back and said, that a guy had just rang and said he would give me £50 for it if i kept it until tonight for him, but i wanted to let her knowas sshed rang first.....she said ok let him have it.....

Perhaps you should have just raised it to £40!

just sold it for £37..better than i asked for

i could have sold it twenty times over the amount of calls ive had today..just got our metal bedframe to sell now, had one call tonight who said they want to see it tomorrow in daylight(its in garage and cos i was putting dd to bed i said there was no light)
