twiglett, give them a ring and ask about fluffy paints as they seem to have more than is on their website, they may even call them something different. may be worth a try

Homecrafts Direct do lots of fabric paint- there are some on the link I just gave, and if you look at the right hand "You may also like to consider" bit there are several more. Not sure about puffy paint- is it possible they've used ordinary paint but blown it in some way? (not being too vague am I )

Haberdashery stores do them I think.
