Too much junk in my box!

Hello,

Does anyone have any useful tips of reducing the amount of spam that arrives in your email inbox? I send the same emails to 'trash' everyday - sometimes up to 20 odd! But I get new ones the next day, asking me to join up on match.com or to cure my erectile dysfunction or online betting! I'm obviously on some mailing list somewhere!
I know it's a bit first world problem but all help gratefully received. Thanks
