Bought DD a lovely craft set from the Works.

Have no idea what to with any of the pom poms, lollipop sticks or glitter type things.

Have no creative flow today, anyone got any ideas or good websites?

Ta muchos

Collages, cards, etc?
My DD1 made herself a name plate for her bedroom the other day, with glitter and pompoms and the likes.
She also likes making bookmarks and things like that..

I found a Fifi banner from her last birthday party so we're cutting that out at the moment and making Fifi cards.

She's only 2 but loves "making" as she calls it.

Thanks ludaloo. Back to it now.

Little finger puppet things are good with the lolly sticks. Pompoms can have googly eyes and be stuck on end of lolly stick to make "lovely" bookmark as gift for adoring grandparents

I tend to just hand it all over and let them get on with it.

Buy a pack of googly eyes, stick them on and they make anything look like you meant it .

After three children - I have got less and less involved with their crafty stuff - have decided that at preschool level there doesn't have to be an outcome (ie recognisable object) to satisfy them - that is all about giving US a sense of achievement. Now I let DD3 do whatever the hell she likes with all the stuff and it makes her far happier than DD1 was when I would sit beside her going - now why don't we stick the little eyes on the top half of his face, no dear not in the sky on HIS FACE etc etc because frankly she couldn't give a shit where the eyes were supposed to go.
