Please someone tel me for two yeard ive told tax credits me and my partner earn over £25 each a week than what we actauly do. Will i get done fined or have to pay money back!!!! Were in the middle of buying a house

You have told them you earn more than you do?

If so if anything you have probably been underpaid

They won't correct and error you made, so nowt will happen.

They don't chase you for under claiming.
