Roughly how much to rewire 3 bed house?

Am thinking of putting an offer on a house but it will need a rewire in 2 yrs. No idea of the cost - know it will be thousands but how many???

We had our 2 bed bungalow rewired last year for about £2000, if that helps.

Oh thats not bad - am thinking it may be around £6000 ! sure someone said to me some years ago that was roughly the cost to rewire a house in London.

We've just been quoted for 2bed house. Average quotes are £2500 + VAT.

I was also expecting about £6K.

we paid just over 2k last year-but ours had a lot of workshops/outbuildings attached that were done too.
