.....party bags?

I hate them. I hate making them up, I hate the needless expence. I hate the kids bringing more 'stuff' that they don't really want or need home.

Why do we feel that kids 'need' them? Isn't two hours of fun and games and some party food enough for them to have a nice time?

Hmmm, I remember long ago when I was young one always got a 'going away present' at a party. I still have the ahem needle book I got at a party when I was eight.

Have to say while I don't madly mind doing them I do hate getting them. Have shifted to doing edible stuff in them, like little cakes. Which is admittedly poncetastic but is a lot more, you know, disposable than a plastic dinosoar and a yoyo.

DD1 isn't bothered, tbh, ppb.

Nor am I.

We'll be in the middle of nowhere with our families for this one, I reckon it'll be a better time.

I like party bags although we don't give a shit bag with crap in, if I am stuck for ideas it is a book and balloon, this time was a jubgle party so we gave cups with animals in with a piece of birthdaycake in.
