How dangerous is this product packaging

Just found this at my mum's, who thought of this packaging? From a distance it looks like a bottle of drink and worst of all there's no child lock on it.

Actually I agree with you on this one. I had to look closely to see what it was. I'd have assumed it was a bottle of juice

That is very odd. It does look like a drink!
