I've only caught 2 episodes. It's stomach churning, contains lots of scenes of births going wrong and no pregnant woman should watch it but I find it gripping. Am I sick or is anyone else watching it (sorry if I've missed a thread)?

Not watching but have read the book which was BRILLIANT so if the tv is even half as good... Written by an ex-doctor, isn't it?

is it on now?

It's on tonight at 11.10 and I think on Saturday and Sunday 9 pm, different episodes on different days.

It's like a mixture of ER but in the UK and This Life. Really well written and acted and totally believable, which is the scary thing.

Rob goes for a new job and gets it. But then things go wrong on the maternity ward again - one of the midwives induces a labour because it's quiet then there are horrific scenes of failed forceps delivery and emergency section. I don't think I can bring myself to describe all the details.

Totally addicted. Can't watch Holby now as its too tame! Hasn't Neil chubbed out a bit since he left the Office?

Still a slimy git though - great casting. Particularly Keith Allen!
