I've been told my blood's no fucking good, lived in dodgy countries, so I'll be sorting a DD to charity. Not sure which is best, Cancer Research or McMillan. Any pearls of wisdom would be welcome.

Hope the morphine cushion is cosy Zombie and you have another peaceful night with Bailey watching over you.

Chippingin I did not know that about clenching your bum. I only just manage to donate in the allocated time so will try that next donation. I also tend to feel a bit woozy afterwards but knowing that you have potentially saved someone's life makes it worth it and the chocolate!

Adora McMillan were great with my grandad.

If you can't choose what about a local hospice? Some of them pretty much rely on fundraising and volunteers (which is pretty shit really)

I am on my second large gin. Caorunn. It's lush. And in the oven is a banana and caramel spelt loaf. It's quite big so am happy to share once it's cooled down a bit!
