It's so hard to believe that it's only just over a month since Candy decided not to continue with any treatment or trials.

She said she was getting tired and had decided that enough was enough.

I'll miss her updates on hospital appointments and Macee D breakfasts!!

I'll miss hearing about where the Zombie cats slept and how she would pop into the local Sainsbury's for emergency supplies.

I also recall she would splash out on champagne to drink with her friends.

A week ago she was at home with a new cleaner and juggling her morphine doses - how life changes so quickly!!!

This lady has been, and still is amazing - God bless you Candy.
You've made my life richer and made me appreciate what I've got.

Sleep well Zombie, I hope all our good wishes are holding you tight. All my thoughts are with you and your family and friends
