I was going to mutter about how long it would take the Gingeneers to get across the Irish Sea, but I have a glass of red wine here in the meantime and I am raising it to you. While also offering my spare limb to help ZNiece to gently cushion you in your slumbers, and hope that they are peaceful.

There's been a FB update

Hi everyone, I am afraid Candy has taken a very bad turn for the worst and is on a lot of morphine and unable to speak.

I've been by her side stroking and kissing her hair and forehead and she is smiling every now and again and doesn't seem to be in pain anymore. I have wished her sleep well and said goodbye for tonight. Sweet sweet dreams Candle I love you xxx
